As a covenant community, your investment is protected by an accepted standard to which all owners agree to adhere, as well as providing for the ongoing care and guardianship of the community’s active amenity areas and open spaces. A professionally licensed community association management team will manage the operation of resources and activities at Freeman's Point, and will be the point of contact for residents. The management team will maintain all association records (i.e. financial, legal, member roster), oversee all common property maintenance (i.e. landscape and pool maintenance and vendor performance), receive and track architectural change requests, coordinate association meetings and community activities, perform property inspections, etc.
